Does things my more expensive handheld units can't. I bought this to troubleshoot an ABS and a BSD error on my Hyundai Sonata. It identified faults in my ABS wheel speed sensors. I didn’t know they could be related until I did some research. Sure enough, replacing my rear wheel speed sensors cleared up my ABS and BSD errors.

Highly recommended pro-sumer OBD2 scanner. After a month of almost daily usage in a 2003 Toyota and 2013 Mazda, I'd buy it again. Innova has found a niche between pro and basic consumer, in the top line model, the 5610
I’m gonna have to say that my INNOVA part number 5310 automotive scan tool is flipping amazing...God bless whoever came up with this tool and made it a lot easier for the do it yourself mechanic to further educate and nevertheless making the mechanics life easier thank you very much and I will highly recommend this to everybody
This scanner is not a code reader, it is much more, and provides access to most or all of the modules in a vehicle. For the cost, it provides the most bang for the buck.
it's really exceptional for the average consumer and their needs. I found it easy to use/navigate, and the tool had no trouble pairing to my phone.
The scan tool generates a vehicle status report on the app you can save or delete whenever you want. Very handy, and it combines the functions of a service manual website with the scan tool and your phone. So far I am happy with it.
I was agonizing over which OBD scanner to buy. I would recommend this to anyone definitely worth the money and very convenient.
The Innova 5610 loads and processes information quickly and was compatible with my 2004 Nissan Maxima. It was able to determine what the DTC was quickly and accurately. I replaced to Cam sensors and cleared the code manually with the Innova 5610. No issues since then!
I have purchased at least 8 different scanners some worth double what this costs. Spent thousands trying to find a good one. All the other models from this brand I own, as well as a GM tech2 system. Out of all those scanners and systems, this is the only one I still use.
This worked great with my 2021 Corvette to see why the engine light came on then went off. Easy app to set up allowed me to save the codes.
Can't believe how.well this thing works with phone app and device prompts and pairing connection. It does not hesitate to tell you if you're doing it right or not. Navigation is easy if you do igzactly what it tells you.
So far, the product itself has worked quite seamlessly. As long as you have the app, which is free to download and operate. That will make your interaction with the scanner so much better. definitely recommended to download it but even without the app codes are easy to retrieve and it does function as it should.
I would recommend this code reader. I bought it to reset ABS. It's pretty accurate. Paired with a phone app, it can give a lot of information.
I liked the scanner coming on and reading from the start without starting the engine. It pulled the Vin and information about the car and sent it to the free app that works side-by-side with the scanner. I also like the free updates and having a local California-based support team to help you when needed.
This is quite possibly the greatest app to have ever apped. I'm not just saying that because a pocket scan tool gives me a tech boner. This app is extremely well designed and developed. It looks good. It loads fast. The interface is easy to use and understand. Dummy-proof step-by-step connecting. Automatic and full system scans. Solutions simply explained. It tells me what to buy, !gives me a part number! And gives me a source to buy the item. I can go on all day.

Scanner is excellent very nice, has advanced features like realigning your steering wheel on Ford Escape. All around the only home scanner you need. Excellent quality, value.
I'll keep it simple. I've had several scan tools, even larger wireless ones. This one does way more and super easy to use. I like how you can put batteries in it and go back on it to look at things.
This unit was a huge help in getting my 2001 Corolla to pass Calif smog test. It will do a global scan for codes, in my case a P0171 vacuum leak, then allow you to monitor real-time data to look at your fuel trims. It helped me identify my intake manifold as the issue.

Small and compact. I could take it with me. It has features that I need when checking a use car before buying it. My autel tablet is too big to take it with me.
Plugged it in 2010 chevy traverse and got comfortable with the 5610's controls, easy to navigate features, had fun turning cooling fans on to test the bi-directional controls, scans pretty quick, does what it says it can do. No complaints so far.
This is the perfect tool for bridging the gap between Mechanic and Technician. When servicing today's vehicles you need to be both, and this tool goes a long way.
