If it's your first time using an OBD2 scanner, don't worry! It is much simpler than it looks.
Below are some guides to start using our products.
Turn your vehicle's ignition to the ON position, which essentially means to turn your vehicle on without starting the engine.
If your vehicle uses a key, turn it to the "ON" position without starting the engine. For keyless vehicles, press the start button 1-2 times until the dashboard lights come on.

Connect our OBD2 scanner to your vehicle's OBD2 port, which is usually found underneath the driver's side (illustrated as #2 below).

You can now start diagnosing! If you own a handheld OBD2 scanner, you should see the screen give you a diagnosis overview within the first 10-15 seconds.
If you own a Bluetooth OBD2 scanner, you'll have to download our RepairSolutions2 app and follow the in-app instructions for diagnosis.
NOTE: you can also use the RepairSolutions2 app with our handheld devices. The main difference is that the app is optional for handheld devices, while it is mandatory for Bluetooth dongles.
