No worries, it happens to the best of us! Before your start applying, it's important to note whether you have an Innova/Craftsman branded scanner, or another competitor brand.

All you have to do is take a picture of your scanner + government ID (you can block off all info except for your name and photo). This is to prevent unsolicited submissions. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get back to you within 24hours.

Please note that whether you're eligible for a higher discount for the Innova 5610, or a 20% discount for the Innova 5110 - 5510...depends on whether you own an Innova/Craftsman tool or competitor tool, respectively.

The Innova 5610 is our best-selling and most advanced OBD2 handheld scanner. A lot of people love this scanner and we're sure you'll love it too (especially at a $80+ discount)!

Since it's our flagship product, we thought this would be a great product to re-introduce the brand to our long-time customers.

Alternatively, if you were given a 20% discount to the Innova 5110 - 5510 scanners, that's because you own a competitor product. These are great scanners that contain a bulk of what any beginner-intermediate DIYer needs, albeit less features than the Innova 5610.

We may open up the program to include more products in the future, so keep an eye out!

Innova has been around for 30+ years, and as such we have a lot of older customers who bought the tool many years ago. These scanners, while still functional, are not eligible for the latest firmware updates. Just like how Apple no longer offers updates for iPhone 4s, we are unable to provide support for an outdated device. It simply doesn't have the necessary tech to support our latest updates.
